Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at mygobi.me! We are committed to providing you with high-quality socks and exceptional service. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy on all purchases, with one exception detailed below.
No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products purchased from mygobi.me. This policy is in place because socks, being intimate apparel, cannot be restocked or resold once they have been shipped from our facility. This ensures that every customer receives brand-new, unworn products.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at ask@mygobi.me with your order number and request for cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We provide tracking information for all shipped orders so you can monitor the delivery status of your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we strive for perfection, errors can happen. If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ask@mygobi.me. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include a replacement of the item if it is deemed to be our error. This does not guarantee a refund.
